The Role

COLORS Co. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations across its main warehouses nationwide. This full-time role is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah, and requires 5-10 years of experience. The primary objective is to standardize processes, safeguard inventory accuracy, control operating costs, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient storage that supports business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize warehouse operating policies and procedures across all main warehouses to ensure consistent, controlled operations.
• Establish an operational governance framework for the multi-warehouse network to strengthen control and accountability.
• Define and monitor warehouse KPIs aligned with company objectives to drive performance and visibility.
• Lead process-improvement and re-engineering initiatives to raise operational efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies and operational waste to protect company assets.
• Apply FIFO and FEFO methodologies and clear movement authorizations to ensure proper stock rotation.
• Manage periodic and annual inventory counts to professional standards to ensure reliable stock records.
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization and integrate inventory-visibility systems with the ERP.
• Set and monitor operational cost KPIs (handling, storage, and variance ratios) to control warehouse spend.
• Lead cost-reduction initiatives and minimize operational waste to improve efficiency.
• Review and evaluate logistics-service and supplier contracts to secure value and compliance.
• Analyze operational gaps and implement corrective actions, improving productivity through automation and digitalization.
• Ensure compliance with storage regulations for sensitive and flammable materials to meet safety requirements.
• Implement safety standards and fire-risk management procedures to protect people, stock, and facilities.
• Maintain proper documentation and operational quality standards to ensure audit readiness.
• Lead and develop the main-warehouse managers and their teams to build operational capability.
• Deliver training programs to standardize procedures across warehouses.
• Coordinate with Finance, Internal Audit, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in warehouse operations management.
• Demonstrated ability to standardize processes and manage inventory accuracy.
• Experience in cost control and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations for warehouse storage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with primary locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves leading operations across multiple main warehouses nationwide, requiring coordination with various internal departments.
