Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or spare parts management.
  • Skilled in inventory report preparation.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management and basic costing.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with MS Office suite.
  • Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain technical spare part supply in the store/warehouse in collaboration with the Supervisor.
  • Carry out receipt inspection and verify orders.
  • Perform storage, labeling, and system updates upon receiving items.
  • Record and post daily issued spare parts accurately.
  • Conduct periodic stock-taking and maintain stock levels as per defined ranges.
  • Oversee local repair, fabrication, and service orders.
  • Communicate discrepancies and damaged stock promptly.

Job Location: Jeddah Industrial City. Saudi nationals are encouraged to apply.

  • Develop and implement an annual internal audit plan to assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
  • Prepare corporate financial statements for management review.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certification (SOCPA/CPA).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and compliance roles, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficient in Matrix ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and local tax law.
  • High attention to accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
