Join our team at Eram Talent as a Crane/Forklift Operator!We are seeking experienced individuals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of cranes and forklifts. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Operating cranes and forklifts to safely move equipment, materials, and supplies within the rig site.
- Conducting pre-operation inspections of cranes, forklifts, and lifting accessories.
- Following approved lifting plans, load charts, and rigging signals.
- Maintaining clear communication with riggers, signalmen, and supervisors.
- Complying with all site safety rules, permits, and SOPs.
- Reporting equipment defects, unsafe conditions, or incidents immediately.
- Maintaining basic operation logs and inspection records.
Qualifications & Requirements:We require:
- A valid Crane Operator and/or Forklift Operator certification/license.
- Proven experience operating cranes and forklifts in industrial or rig environments.
- Knowledge of safe lifting practices and load limits.
- Ability to follow hand signals and communicate via radio.
- Physical fitness to work in rig conditions.
