Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Graphic Designer. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible for:

• Conceptualizing and creating visually engaging graphics.
• Designing brand assets and developing web design components.
• Creating logos and collaborating with the team for cohesive brand representation.
• Executing high-quality design solutions across digital and print platforms.

Qualifications
The candidate should have experience in:

• Designing the brand visual identity.
• Creating designs for social media platforms and advertisements.
• Designing motion graphics and editing video content.
• Designing printed materials such as brochures, booklets, and posters.
• Developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Editing and enhancing images and visual materials.
• Working with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Coordinating with the marketing and content teams to execute campaigns.
• Preparing files for printing or digital publishing.
• Staying updated with modern design trends.

• Prepare quotations and proposals, following up for order finalization.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:
Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Background in industrial machinery or engineering product sales.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of industrial machinery and technical products.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and result-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a regional market.
• Strong networking ability in KSA industrial sectors.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• GCC driving license preferred.

Job Description: Warehouse Specialist

• Position: Warehouse Specialist
• Location: Al-Qadsiah Club, Khobar, Saudi Arabia
• Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Overview:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the effective and accurate management of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, supplies, and products. This role ensures the warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all relevant company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials or products.
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas according to company procedures.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch or delivery.
• Update inventory management systems to reflect incoming and outgoing goods.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile stock differences.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments as needed.
• Report damaged or missing goods to management in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
