About the Role
Recruit Lytics Hires is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist (Arabic) to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based in Medina and requires 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will provide professional and timely support to Arabic-speaking customers across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your primary duties will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in Arabic, and English when necessary.
- Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and company processes.
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues, identifying root causes, and guiding them through solutions.
- Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
- Documenting all customer interactions within CRM or support systems and tracking open cases to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Ensuring all customer communications meet company quality and communication standards.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product changes, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A customer-focused mindset with demonstrated empathy and patience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Previous customer support experience is considered a plus.
Technical Requirements
- A reliable high-speed internet connection.
- A personal computer or laptop with an updated operating system.
- A quiet and professional workspace conducive to remote work.
- Familiarity with email, chat tools, and CRM systems is preferred.
Work Environment
