Engineer Reliability Job

About the Role

TASNEE is seeking a Reliability Engineer for Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), a private company specializing in specialty chemicals within the materials sector. This full-time position is based in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the Superintendent, Reliability & Engineering.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the reliability and availability of major instrument equipment and critical instrument systems. This involves reviewing designs, updating maintenance strategies, monitoring and analyzing data from critical equipment, and improving repair techniques while maintaining high-quality maintenance efforts. The Engineer will also lead and facilitate Reliability-Centered Spares (RIS) analysis, act as a focal point for all RIS activities, and ensure the effective implementation of RIS recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and communicate assigned activities, including timely identification and tracking.
• Review basic inspection work to ensure adherence to relevant engineering requirements.
• Maintain high HSE standards and contribute to a healthy, safe work environment and practices.
• Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders, addressing complex problems and escalating issues with proposed resolutions.
• Monitor and analyze relevant data to identify improvements within an engineering function.
• Troubleshoot and resolve unit problems within the area of responsibility, with guidance as needed.
• Monitor and report daily assignments to senior-level engineers and routinely update records according to established procedures.
• Perform tasks defined in scope and complexity, applying engineering knowledge to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Develop required engineering supporting documentation and plans as directed by senior-level engineers.
• Update analyses to achieve AMIC-TOHO Reliability KPIs and implement reliability best practices.
• Evaluate new technology and ideas for continuous improvement of plant asset reliability.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

Work Environment

This position is a full-time role located in Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, within the AMIC-TOHO TITANIUM METAL Company.
