About the Role

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Hard Services Engineer specializing in Roads/Infrastructure O&M to join a Facilities Management, engineering & solutions specialist. This full-time position is based in Al Ula and Medina, Al Madinah, working with a prestigious client.

Role Overview

The Hard Services Engineer will be responsible for the technical oversight, management, and performance of all civil hard service assets. This includes roads, bridges, and street lighting infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring effective asset lifecycle management, contractor performance, and compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and management for civil hard service assets, including roads, bridges, and street lighting.
• Ensure effective asset lifecycle management for all assigned infrastructure.
• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance to meet project standards and objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks and international standards relevant to infrastructure O&M.
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of maintenance strategies.
• Work to ensure infrastructure reliability, safety, and operational excellence.
• Align all activities with RCU objectives and asset management best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field or extensive industry experience with demonstrated capabilities.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Ula and Medina, within the Al Madinah region, working with a prestigious client in the Facilities Management sector.
