Role Overview

The Lifting Supervisor will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and coordination of all lifting operations conducted on construction sites. This role is central to ensuring that all activities adhere strictly to established safety regulations and industry best practices. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in lifting operations and proven experience in a supervisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all lifting operations on construction sites.
• Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Manage and motivate a team of lifting operators to achieve operational objectives.
• Interpret engineering drawings and lifting plans accurately to guide operations.
• Apply extensive knowledge of various lifting techniques and equipment, including cranes, hoists, and rigging.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably within the construction industry.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of various lifting techniques and equipment, including cranes, hoists, and rigging.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices specific to lifting operations.
