Role Overview

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Security Supervisor to join its team in Medina. This full-time role is central to maintaining a secure environment for guests, team members, and hotel facilities, contributing to the delivery of positive hospitality experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols across interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address potential safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Coordinate and support responses to various incidents, including fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Supervise, schedule, and provide training and guidance to Security Guards/Officers to ensure high performance standards.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into security incidents, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Promote and ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices among all team members.
• Provide backup and fulfill security officer responsibilities as needed.
