Ticket Clerk

We are seeking a qualified Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care services including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment of oral health conditions for patients of all ages. The successful candidate will perform routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other dental procedures while maintaining detailed patient records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include developing treatment plans, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, collaborating with dental hygienists and assistants, and staying current with advances in dental technology and treatment methods.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
• Provide legal advice and support to internal departments.
• Identify and mitigate legal and contractual risks.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the development of legal policies, procedures, and governance practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• Proven experience in contracts and legal affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Professional attitude with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules for all mechanical systems and facility equipment to prevent unexpected failures.
• System Optimization: Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC, fire suppression, plumbing, and mechanical power systems to improve energy efficiency and longevity.
• Vendor Management: Supervise external contractors and service providers, ensuring all work meets safety standards and contractual obligations.
• Emergency Response: Lead the diagnosis and repair of critical mechanical breakdowns, implementing swift solutions to maintain business continuity.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the facility adheres to all local safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
• Budgeting: Assist in managing the facilities budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities in spare parts procurement and utility consumption.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Proven experience in facility management or industrial maintenance (typically 3–5+ years).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and the capacity to lead technical teams under pressure.
