Job Description
Job Purpose:
Formatting and following up on all works and procedures related to employee affairs to ensure the application of HR policies and procedures and compliance with approved labor systems, while providing administrative and organizational support to employees and management.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Following up on appointment, termination, and contract renewal procedures.
Preparing and following up on employee files and continuously updating their data.
Monitoring attendance, departure, leaves, and absences.
Coordinating the issuance and renewal of residencies, medical insurance, and contracts.
Preparing letters, job definitions, and certificates for employees.
Following up on employee requests and responding to their inquiries.
Coordinating with government agencies and relevant electronic platforms.
Preparing periodic reports related to employee affairs.
Saving and organizing documents and files with confidentiality and accuracy.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor systems.
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
Personal Skills:
Ability to manage teams and direct effectively.
Skills in problem-solving and quick decision-making.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with field challenges.

- Requires 2-5 Years experience
