KBR, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Rabigh or Makkah.
Role Overview
The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for managing contract lifecycles, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders. This role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in contracts administration, cost control, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and review contract documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor compliance to ensure all parties fulfill contractual obligations in line with agreed terms, timelines, and regulations.
- Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related correspondence.
- Liaise with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Supervise and coordinate bidding processes for maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in Contracts Administration, cost control, and budget management.
- Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office tools.
- Knowledge of SAP is required.
- Proven leadership skills within large organizations.

- Strong attention to detail for reviewing legal and financial terms.
- Well-organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.
