Jazeera Paints is seeking a Production Supervisor to join its team in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to overseeing all aspects of production operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity on the production line.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence. This position works in close coordination with the Production Engineer to manage daily operations, implement production plans, and address any issues that arise on the production line or within specific sections.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all safety, quality, productivity, and 5S related tasks and issues, in coordination with the Production Engineer.
• Implement the daily production plan effectively.
• Oversee work deployment, as well as the handling of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Monitor and control all production line and section-related activities.
• Communicate line or sectional issues to the Production Engineer for necessary action and resolution.
• Control proactive material (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials) arrangements in coordination with the stores section.
• Ensure the accurate receipt and consumption of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) as per the Bill of Materials (BOM)/Recipe.
• Create comprehensive production-related reports and maintain meticulous records.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise on the production line to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safe start-up and shutdown activities on the line.
• Manage Shift Handover/Takeover (SHOTO) for all shift-related activities.
• Perform basic MRP or ERP production (sectional) related transactions.
• Facilitate internal communication with supporting sections to address and resolve operational issues.
• Adhere strictly to the Company’s QHSE policy, standards, and approved operating procedures while performing duties.
• Execute all functional activities using safe and environmentally responsible methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role must demonstrate:

• Proven experience with the SAP ERP production execution module.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based at Jazeera Paints' facility in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active involvement on the production floor to ensure continuous operational efficiency and adherence to all production standards.
