About the Role

Al-Ghomlas Trading Company is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Legal Specialist to join its dynamic team in Riyadh. This full-time position is specifically open to Saudi Nationals and is crucial for providing essential legal support across various company functions, ensuring operational integrity and compliance.

Position Overview

The Legal Specialist will be instrumental in advising different departments on legal matters, meticulously managing all legal documentation, and proactively overseeing the company's adherence to Saudi laws and regulations. This role demands a thorough understanding of the legal landscape and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal consultations and advice to various internal departments.
• Review and draft contracts, agreements, and all legal correspondence.
• Monitor and follow up on labor and commercial cases, coordinating with relevant authorities and external legal consultants.
• Ensure the company's full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Stay informed about updates and changes to Saudi Labor Law and other pertinent regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive legal reports and maintain organized legal documents and records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Sharia, or an equivalent field.
• Between 1 to 3 years of practical experience in the legal field.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and relevant commercial regulations.
• Proficiency in drafting contracts and legal memoranda.
• Competency in using Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Application
