Alwedad Charity is dedicated to the care of orphans. The organization is seeking a Social Responsibility Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on developing and implementing social responsibility initiatives.

Role Overview

The Social Responsibility Specialist will contribute to the planning and execution of social responsibility initiatives and operational plans. This role involves creating innovative projects to attract support and generate revenue, as well as managing relationships with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation and implementation of social responsibility initiatives and operational plans.
• Develop innovative initiatives and projects that attract support and enhance revenue generation.
• Prepare estimated budgets for initiatives and projects.
• Build and update a database of companies and social responsibility departments, classifying them by support areas.
• Communicate with potential partners and coordinate meetings and introductory visits.
• Prepare meeting reports and follow up on actions and opportunities arising from them.
• Design projects and proposals in alignment with the directions and interests of partner entities.
• Contribute to drafting contracts and partnership agreements.
• Monitor the implementation of supported projects and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Collect and analyze project data, and prepare periodic and final reports for supporting entities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Responsibility, or a related field.
• Experience in partnerships, social responsibility, resource development, or project management.
• High-level communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.
