About the Role

SRG Mining, an international gold exploration company based in Riyadh, is seeking a Saudi HR Specialist. This full-time role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, with a particular focus on expatriate recruitment, visa processes, and document attestation. The position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including vacancy posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and preparing offer letters in both English and Arabic.
• Oversee onboarding processes for both local and expatriate hires.
• Handle the complete expatriate hiring cycle, from Qiwa visa issuance and MOFA follow-up to entry and Iqama issuance.
• Manage the Qiwa Professional Verification (QVP) process with candidates.
• Arrange document and contract attestation through the Chamber of Commerce, MOFA, and relevant embassies.
• Follow up on MISA-related HR requirements for foreign-invested companies.
• Process Iqama renewals, exit/re-entry visas, and final exits via Muqeem.
• Document employment contracts on Qiwa, manage GOSI registrations, and handle Mudad payroll uploads.
• Maintain accurate employee files, leave records, and HR data.
• Monitor Nitaqat and Saudization compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national is mandatory.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written, is required for daily interaction with a non-Arabic-speaking management team.
• A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within a foreign-invested or multinational company.
• Hands-on experience with HR platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
• Proven experience with MISA requirements and MOFA attestation processes.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.

Required Skills

• Highly organized and self-driven, with the ability to manage multiple open files simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Qiwa Professional Verification (QVP) process.
• Experience with the Musadaqa attestation platform.
• Background in the mining, oil & gas, or industrial sectors.
