Job duties
Preparation and readiness of items according to approved recipes and standards.
Maintaining the quality, taste, and presentation of dishes.
Adherence to portion weights and preparation method.
Preparing the workstation before operation and cleaning it after work.
Adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
Monitoring expiration dates and proper storage of materials.
Cooperating with the kitchen team during peak hours.
Requirements
Previous experience in restaurants, preferably in Italian restaurants.
Actual experience in preparing pizza or pasta for chefs.
Speed, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
Commitment to personal hygiene and workstation cleanliness.
Seriousness, discipline, and adherence to working hours.
Ability to work within a team.
Valid and transferable residency.
Workplace: Qurtubah District – Riyadh
Salary: To be determined after the interview and skills test
Working hours: 9 hours daily
Weekly rest: One variable day
