Job Purpose

Implement daily accounting operations according to approved financial policies, ensure the accuracy of financial entries and records, contribute to the preparation of financial statements, and comply with accounting regulations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

* Record daily accounting entries.

* Prepare bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts.

* Follow up on customer and supplier accounts.

* Review invoices and receipts and disbursement vouchers.

* Contribute to the preparation of monthly and annual financial closings.

* Prepare periodic financial reports.

* Maintain and organize accounting records and documents.

* Cooperate with internal and external auditors.

* Adhere to approved financial policies and procedures.

* Perform any other related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

* 1 to 2 years of practical experience in accounting.

* Proficiency in using Odoo or an ERP accounting system.

* Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
