Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award.
* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
* Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum **5 years of experience** in Sales or Business Development.
* Mandatory experience in the Contracting, Construction, or Operations & Maintenance (O&M) industry.
* Strong network and in-depth knowledge of the Saudi market.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English.
* Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
