About the Role
A hands-on role for those who want to build, not just manage. You will contribute to the growth of Moona and serve its clients equally: reaching the right clients, managing their accounts, and crafting content that reflects their presence. And because we are a founding-stage team, there is ample space and direct impact – you will have a real hand in how the company evolves.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients among founders and senior leaders, and carefully and discreetly manage initial conversations.
• Manage and follow up on client accounts from initial contact to delivery, maintaining project clarity and smooth workflow.
• Craft content for our clients – text, positioning, and tone of voice – that reflects their executive identity and balanced presence.
• Build and manage marketing for Moona: content, digital presence, and communication that reflects the brand's sophisticated tone.
• Support positioning and awareness campaigns that foster recognition without compromising the brand's calm and distinctiveness.
• Contribute to building the company – through operations, materials, and ideas that help Moona grow steadily and balancedly.
