Warehouse Manager

About the Role

MPS Bashirco is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all general and operational aspects of its warehouse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for ensuring the efficient and safe storage and distribution of materials and products, contributing to the company's strategic objectives.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing all general and operational aspects of the warehouse. This includes overseeing the storage and distribution of materials and products efficiently and safely, and leading the warehouse team to achieve the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage warehouse receiving, storage, and distribution operations.
• Ensure the implementation of safe and reliable storage procedures for all materials and products.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to ensure a smooth flow of materials and products.
• Monitor inventory and conduct necessary analyses to optimize space utilization, storage, and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards and requirements.
• Provide regular reports on warehouse and inventory performance, and propose operational improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of previous experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.

Required Skills

• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage and guide a team.
• Strong planning, organizational, and effective time management abilities.
• Robust communication skills and the capacity to interact with external stakeholders.
