Job Description

Management and follow-up of all company-owned real estate to ensure optimal operation and achieve the highest investment return. Lease agreement management, including their preparation, renewal, and termination in accordance with approved regulations and procedures. Marketing of vacant properties and coordination with potential clients to complete leasing operations. Receiving clients, responding to their inquiries, and providing information related to properties and services. Receiving tenant complaints and following up on maintenance and service requests until their closure. Following up on rent and dues collection and coordinating with relevant parties when needed. Entering and updating real estate, tenant, and contract data in the electronic system. Preparing and organizing real estate files, documents, contracts, and legal documents. Coordinating with owners, tenants, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow. Preparing periodic reports on occupancy, contracts, collections, and property performance, and submitting them to management. Adherence to applicable regulations, laws, and policies, and maintaining the confidentiality of information and documents.

Requirements

  • For Saudis Only
  • GOSI Registration Required
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Expert or Advanced in English
