About the Role

Al-Enjaz Company is seeking a Traffic and Equipment Operations Officer for construction and infrastructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a strong field leader with extensive practical experience in managing and operating heavy transport fleets (trailers) and equipment within construction sites. The ideal candidate will be adept at controlling field driver movements, implementing daily backfill plans, and professionally handling traffic permits and restricted times, while maintaining strict oversight to prevent manipulation of routes and fuel consumption.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule trailer movements, distributing daily backfill plans according to site needs and execution schedules.
• Manage and direct drivers firmly, resolving their field issues, and maintaining full control over work behaviors on routes.
• Manage restricted times, traffic permits, and coordinate movement to avoid supply disruptions or fines.
• Implement strict control over diesel consumption, preventing waste or manipulation of quantities and routes.
• Coordinate directly with site and project managers to ensure continuity of supply chains and achievement rates.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of practical experience in managing and operating heavy transport fleets (trailers) and equipment within construction sites.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a decisive personality.
• Proficiency in managing field driver movements and implementing operational plans.
• Experience with traffic permits, restricted driving times, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong ability to monitor and control fuel consumption and prevent operational discrepancies.
