Attracting and developing new contractual opportunities for the company in the field of facility management and operation, by searching for potential clients, reaching decision-makers, building business relationships, and converting opportunities into actual contracts that generate revenue for the company.

Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Continuous search for new opportunities for facility management, operation, and maintenance contracts for residential complexes and buildings
2. Prepare and continuously update a database of target clients and opportunities.
3. Direct communication with owners, property managers, facility managers, procurement, and decision-makers.
4. Arrange meetings and field visits with potential clients and introduce the company's services.
5. Study the client's initial needs, identify the required services, and the expected scope of work.
6. Coordinate with management and the technical team to prepare the appropriate technical and financial offer.
7. Submit and follow up on offers with the client and conduct commercial negotiations within the approved authorities.
8. Follow up on the opportunity from the initial contact stage until the contract is signed.
9. Maintain the relationship with the client during the contracting phase and assist in handing over the client to the operations team after signing
