About the Production and Inventory Supervisor Role

Jorn Roastery is seeking a dedicated Production and Inventory Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in overseeing production processes and managing inventory effectively to ensure operational efficiency.

Role Overview

The Production and Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of production activities and the meticulous management of inventory levels. This role is crucial for maintaining the flow of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Manage inventory levels, tracking the availability of both raw materials and manufactured products.
• Monitor daily work activities, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
• Prepare daily reports on production and inventory status and identify areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational procedure compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience in coffee operations or managing coffee shops is required.
• Demonstrated experience in managing inventory, warehouses, and daily operations.
• Ability to follow up on raw materials and manufactured products and ensure their consistent availability.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
