Environmental Engineer

About the Role

Aran Al-Jazeera Engineering Consulting Company is seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our Aran Environment Consultants division in Riyadh. The successful candidate will support environmental studies and assessments across our engineering and urban planning projects throughout the Kingdom.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, or a related field, with a focus on environmental applications

Minimum 3 years of documented professional experience in environmental engineering or environmental consulting

Experience conducting environmental impact assessments (EIA) and environmental studies for urban/regional development projects

Familiarity with Saudi environmental regulations (Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture standards)

Strong report-writing and documentation skills in Arabic and English

Ability to work on-site across project locations within the Riyadh Region

Responsibilities

Conduct environmental studies and impact assessments for residential, commercial, and industrial projects

Prepare technical reports on environmental compliance and site conditions

Coordinate with urban planning and engineering teams on green area studies, environmental preservation plans, and sustainability requirements

Support project documentation for regulatory submissions

Contribute to environmental sections of master planning studies
