The Opportunity: Receptionist

Fares Sports Academy is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for ensuring a distinguished and professional experience for all clients and visitors, contributing significantly to our academy's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally welcome and greet clients and visitors.
• Answer incoming calls and inquiries, providing necessary information accurately.
• Oversee registration processes, subscriptions, and general customer service interactions.
• Organize and maintain records, data, and administrative files.
• Coordinate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle client feedback and address their needs with professionalism.
• Contribute to the efficient organization of daily operations within the reception area.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of previous experience in reception and customer service.
• Prior experience in reputable and professional organizations or companies is preferred.
• Strongly preferred to have previous experience in sports clubs, sports academies, fitness centers, or other sports facilities.
