About the Role

GeoWise AI is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with account setup, facilitating platform usage, and resolving any challenges they encounter professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers via WhatsApp, live chat, and calls, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Assist new customers with platform setup, including configuring services, schedules, and adding staff accounts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational issues related to bookings, payments, or live tracking until a complete resolution is achieved.
• Document technical faults and observations accurately and clearly, escalating them to the development team for follow-up.
• Enhance and update the help center and user guides based on frequently asked questions and common customer challenges.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or technical/customer support.
• Full proficiency in Arabic with excellent English communication skills.
• Demonstrated communication skills, including clarity, patience, and the ability to simplify complex information for customers.
• Technical aptitude: flexibility and speed in understanding and learning new systems and applications.
• Bonus: Prior experience supporting SaaS platforms or booking and scheduling systems.
