Role Purpose and Context

The Accommodation Support Specialist – New Arrivals is responsible for managing the essential services and processes required for new workforce members. This includes overseeing their initial setup, welfare, and integration into the company and local environment, ensuring readiness and adherence to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage newly arrived workforce employees.
Ensure accommodation readiness for all new arrivals.
Coordinate healthcare services for the workforce.
Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
Arrange necessary training programs.
Facilitate cultural orientation for new staff members.
Collaborate closely with internal departments and external training providers.
Ensure overall workforce readiness.
Maintain compliance with both company policies and government requirements.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. This experience should ideally be in a support, coordination, or human resources role, with a focus on employee services or new arrival management.
