We are seeking an Account Administration Specialist to join our team in the Riyadh Regional Headquarters office.

Role Summary

The Account Administration Specialist is responsible for managing user accounts across various systems within the firm. This includes creating accounts for new hires, maintaining existing accounts, provisioning access to restricted systems and services, and ensuring timely suspension of access for departing personnel. The role also involves maintaining distribution lists, shared mailboxes, cloud storage accounts, and Office 365 licenses, contributing to the firm's operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Active Directory and ADERANT accounts for GT employees, including changes, deactivations, and deletions.
  • Manage cloud accounts within Microsoft Entra (Azure).
  • Administer user accounts in various 3rd party and external systems, such as Dropbox, BOX, Google Workspace Sharefile, Preparis, eFax, PingOne Identity, and ZOOM.
  • Create and maintain firm-wide distribution lists in AD on-prem and cloud groups on Microsoft Entra (Azure).
  • Log, track, and update all service requests using the Ivanti ticketing system.
  • Identify issues requiring approval from the Office of Firm Counsel, obtain necessary approvals, and track them in a SQL database for user recertification.
  • Update and maintain assigned service requests, following up with clients and IT personnel as needed.
  • Provide Tier I support and on-call support to the Account Administration Team on a rotational basis.
  • Assist in the training of new Helpdesk representatives and Account Administration personnel.
  • Offer advanced support for HR and the Office of Firm Counsel.
  • Participate in identifying and implementing improvements for the Account Administration function.
  • Serve as an Account Administration Subject Matter Expert (SME) on firm-wide technology projects and manage small projects as assigned.
  • Maintain Account Administration documentation and procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides (QRC).
  • Review communications regarding new policies, procedures, and system changes or outages.

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience in Active Directory or a related field.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    • Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office 365 is required.
    • Knowledge or experience with Ivanti ticketing system or similar platforms.
    • Knowledge or experience with SQL management.
    • Knowledge or experience in PowerShell.
  • Desired Certifications:
    • MCSA: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
    • A+
    • AZ900 Azure Fundamentals
    • Security+
    • Network+ certifications are highly desirable.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Riyadh Regional Headquarters. The Account Administration Specialist reports directly to the Account Administration Manager. Flexibility to work overtime as needed and participate in an on-call rotation is required for this role.
