About WonderEight and the Role

WonderEight is a global marketing, branding, and digital agency. We are seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our client service team in Riyadh. This role supports the account management function, contributing to the development and execution of marketing and advertising strategies for our clients.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Account Executive is an integral member of the account management team, providing support to the Account Manager. This position involves collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure effective project execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The role requires strong attention to detail and communication skills to contribute to the agency's overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative execution for accounts, including accurate and timely meeting summaries, weekly status reports, and other client management documents.
• Assist in developing integrated marketing and advertising plans aligned with client objectives, target audience, and budgetary constraints.
• Support the Account Manager in client account management, project coordination, timeline adherence, and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Provide customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, production) to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate and traffic creative resources, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct research and gather data to support the creation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, agreements, and project details.
• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to contribute to strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising or an equivalent field.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Must be residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
