About Qureos and the Role

Qureos is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our team in Dammam, located in the Eastern region. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of professional experience, focusing on supporting business growth and client relationship management within our operations.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support business growth and enhance customer relationship management. This involves efficiently handling customer inquiries, actively following up on business opportunities, ensuring strict CRM discipline, coordinating various account activities, and contributing to sales reporting in alignment with the approved departmental structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and actively follow up on potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain and update all leads, opportunities, meetings, follow-up actions, and customer communications within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, site visits, and subsequent account follow-up activities.
  • Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations, pending decisions, and renewals.
  • Support the development of key accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Coordinate internally with Commercial, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure timely responses to customer requirements.
  • Support account continuity and maintain regular communication with assigned customers.
  • Escalate any customer, operational, or coordination issues that may affect opportunity progress or account continuity.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Sales Pack and provide related monthly reporting inputs.
  • Ensure full compliance with CRM discipline and reporting requirements.

Scope of Authority

This role operates within defined boundaries, specifically excluding the authority to approve discounts, special rates, or non-standard terms. All quotations and contractual matters remain under the purview of the Commercial function and its required approval processes. The Key Account Executive will primarily focus on customer follow-up, account coordination, supporting business opportunities, and comprehensive CRM management.

Expected Deliverables

The Key Account Executive is responsible for delivering specific outputs on a regular basis:

Weekly Deliverables:
  • Updated pipeline and account follow-up status.
  • Log of key customer meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Identification and reporting of top blockers affecting opportunities or account continuity.
Monthly Deliverables:
  • Sales Pack inputs, including pipeline movement.
  • Analysis of won/lost opportunities and their underlying reasons.
  • Updates on key accounts.
  • Reporting on new opportunities and expected business volume.
