Key Responsibilities

• Understand and address client needs effectively.
• Lead and guide the audit team, providing clear direction.
• Assign daily and weekly tasks, monitoring progress and performance indicators.
• Train new employees and continuously work to improve team performance.
• Coordinate HR and workforce solutions to meet client requirements.
• Monitor service delivery to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and enhance client value.
• Support contract renewals and manage client agreements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all client interactions and projects.
