About the Role

Baazeem Trading Company is seeking a qualified Saudi Accountant to join its Finance Department. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing daily financial operations and supporting key accounting functions within the company.

Role Context

The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth execution of accounting processes. This position requires a professional who can effectively handle various financial transactions and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department, coordinating closely with the Head Office Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and customer balances.
• Perform bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations.
• Review sales invoices, credit notes, and returns.
• Monitor branch expenses and petty cash.
• Support inventory reconciliation and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and coordinate with the Head Office Finance Department.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national.
• 2-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage financial transactions and records.
• Proficiency in performing reconciliations and preparing financial reports.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Finance Department of Baazeem Trading Company. The role is based in Riyadh and involves working collaboratively with internal teams, including the Head Office Finance Department.
