AFCAP V : SWA Logistics Technician (Secret Clearance)

About the Role

KBR is seeking a SWA Logistics Technician with Secret Clearance to join the AFCAP V Program in Riyadh and Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports the * Air Force by providing essential logistics services, including inventory management, property accountability, and equipment movement across Southwest Asia operations.

Program Context

The AFCAP V Program assists the * Air Force with Southwest Asia Logistics Support (SWA Log). KBR delivers comprehensive services that include inventory management, property accountability, equipment movement, and logistics coordination. Beyond SWA Logistics, KBR also provides Engineering Support, NTV Leasing, LAMS, Power Production, BOS-I, and various quality-of-life solutions to sustain base operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform property accountability, inventory management, equipment handling, and warehouse support.
• Coordinate transportation and manage BEAR equipment yard operations at the assigned location.
• Maintain accurate records for BEAR equipment, Mission Ready Spares Packages (MRSP), R-14 accountable property, R-15 consumable items, Airfield Damage Repair (ADR) equipment, tools, and shop equipment.
• Utilize automated inventory equipment and prepare logistics documentation.
• Coordinate equipment movements and support the receipt, shipment, transfer, and disposition of Government property.
• Conduct monthly physical inventories and compare them against accountability records to identify discrepancies.
• Update inventory records and ensure timely submission of monthly inventory reports.
• Record shipments, receipts, transfers, turn-ins, and DLA Disposition Services transactions.
• Research missing items through physical inspections, record reviews, and coordination with personnel.
• Support the Primary Equipment Custodian with R-14 and R-15 property-accountability requirements.
• Initiate transfer-of-accountability requests, equipment turn-in requests, and disposition actions.
• Prepare DD Form 1149 shipment documentation and coordinate with the Transportation Management Office.
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments and perform physical movement of property using a Contractor-provided pickup truck.
• Track accountable tools and shop equipment using barcode scanners, laptops, asset tags, and automated inventory-management software.
• Maintain transaction suspense logs and follow up on open logistics actions.
• Monitor deployed equipment listings, redistribution orders, and property-transfer actions.
• Maintain continuity files and supporting records for all property transactions.
• Organize the BEAR equipment yard, segregating equipment by type, condition, and serviceability code.
• Load and unload trucks, assist with equipment re-warehousing, and operate forklifts (4,000, 6,000, and 10,000-pound) when authorized.
• Coordinate the transfer of unserviceable equipment and excess property to DLA Disposition Services.
• Assist with recommendations for replacement, redistribution, or disposition of BEAR and WRM assets.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, property discrepancies, and operational concerns to site leadership.
• Adhere to all installation safety, security, tool-control, and property-accountability requirements.
• Perform other assigned logistics and property-management duties.
