Agentic AI Architect

About the Role

Synechron is seeking an Agentic AI Architect to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for a Senior Principal AI Architect with extensive hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, Agentic AI, MLOps, and AI product delivery. The role requires a deep understanding of advanced AI concepts and the ability to deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership from architecture and R&D to implementation and optimization.
• Ensure governance and scalable deployment of AI solutions in production environments.
• Utilize Python and enterprise backend technologies for development and deployment.
• Architect and deliver production-grade Agentic AI systems, including autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration, supervisor/worker architectures, and tool-enabled agents.
• Develop agent memory, planning, and reasoning capabilities.
• Apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and GraphRAG techniques.
• Integrate Agentic AI solutions within enterprise systems.
• Transition Agentic AI solutions from prototypes to secure, observable, and scalable enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Proven hands-on experience architecting and delivering production-grade Agentic AI systems.
• Deep expertise in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Computer Vision.
• Strong background in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI.
• Proficiency in Data Science and multimodal architectures.
• Demonstrated experience deploying enterprise-grade AI products.
• Practical experience in MLOps and AI product delivery.

Technical Skills

• Python programming.
• Enterprise backend technologies.
• Experience with autonomous and semi-autonomous agents.
• Knowledge of multi-agent orchestration and supervisor/worker architectures.
• Familiarity with tool-enabled agents, agent memory, planning, and reasoning.

This role is based in Riyadh and operates within a dynamic environment focused on advanced AI solutions. The position requires a candidate who can work independently and as part of a team, driving complex projects from conception to deployment.
