Neoleap is seeking an Agile Coach to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on enhancing Agile maturity and continuous improvement within technology teams.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement across technology teams. The Agile Coach will achieve this by coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and ways of working, with the goal of improving delivery effectiveness, collaboration, and overall organizational agility.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach squads on Agile principles, frameworks, and behaviors across multiple business lines.
• Guide Tech Leads in facilitating ceremonies and managing delivery cadence.
• Develop Product Owner capabilities and effective backlog management practices.
• Coach Kanban teams on flow, Work In Progress (WIP) limits, and service-level expectations.
• Assess Agile maturity and implement improvements in team effectiveness and delivery performance.
• Onboard new squads to a standard operating model to reduce time-to-productivity.
• Ensure Agile practices comply with change governance, audit traceability, and regulatory risk controls.
• Establish and monitor DORA and flow metrics using Jira and GitLab.
• Identify and remove organizational and process impediments to delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and transformation initiatives.
• Support alignment across squads, business lines, and technology initiatives.
• Partner with Chapter Leads on capability development, influencing without direct authority.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and sustainable delivery practices.
• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for the respective department.
• Manage, guide, and assist direct reports in performing their functional operations according to established policies and procedures.
• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate team performance, and offer regular feedback.

Experience Required

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Agile coaching and transformation roles.
