Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is an IT outsourcing company located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking an Associate Expert Scrum Master to join its team in Riyadh, working full-time. This role requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Associate Expert Scrum Master will contribute to the success of software development projects by working with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of products. The primary responsibility involves facilitating the agile development process and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, and other Scrum ceremonies.
• Guide and coach the development team on using Scrum practices and values to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments hindering team progress.
• Ensure the team follows Scrum processes and continuously improves practices.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to the Scrum Master and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as a servant leader and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with software development projects and Agile methodologies.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
