SR.CONSULTANT SCRUM MASTER

About the Role

Alfanar Projects is seeking a SR.CONSULTANT, SCRUM MASTER to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on driving the adoption of Agile and Scrum practices across IT and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will enable effective delivery, foster high-performing teams, promote continuous improvement, and enhance organizational Agile maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and implementation of Agile and Scrum methodologies across projects and transformation initiatives.
• Introduce Agile practices, frameworks, tools, and standards to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain Scrum processes, guidelines, and ways of working.
• Support Agile delivery across digital transformation, technology, and IT initiatives, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring effective execution of Sprint activities.
• Monitor sprint progress, backlog delivery, capacity, risks, dependencies, and impediments.
• Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices, promoting collaboration and self-organization.
• Identify and resolve team, process, and organizational impediments.
• Monitor Agile metrics including velocity, throughput, cycle time, backlog health, and sprint performance.
• Support the implementation and effective use of Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Lead retrospectives and track continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers.
• Contribute to enterprise Agile transformation and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead Agile and Scrum implementations.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
