Help AG is offering an internship for an AI & Cyber Automation Intern in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience and focuses on contributing to the company's automation and AI initiatives within the Cyber Automation Team.

Role Overview

The Cyber Automation Intern will be an integral part of the Cyber Automation team, which operates under the Managed Security Services (MSS) unit. The intern will work with tools and technologies such as FortiSOAR, Python, AI/ML Models, and APIs to support AI initiatives and automate MSS operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Agentic AI, AI tools, and frameworks for automating MSS Operations.
• Engage in code development, primarily using Python, and work with FortiSOAR (SOAR Solution).
• Assist in the development and training of AI models as required.
• Support solution demonstrations, functionality testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Cyber Automation team to achieve project goals.
• Learn and implement tools and technologies essential for AI-based automation.
• Research and propose new ideas related to AI and automation.
• Monitor advancements in AI research, tools, and frameworks, sharing relevant information with the team.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Python programming.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and APIs.
• Interest in cyber security automation and related technologies.
