Job Description

About the Role

Ejada is seeking an experienced AI & Data Business Development Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving business growth through the identification, development, and closure of strategic opportunities within our AI and Data portfolio. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver innovative AI and data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand AI & Data services across key industries.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to identify business needs and position AI & Data solutions effectively.
  • Lead proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and commercial discussions in collaboration with pre-sales and delivery teams.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms while ensuring sustainable business value.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and ecosystem partners.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to strengthen market presence.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market insights to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Account Management.
  • Demonstrated experience focused on AI, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology solutions.
