AI Engineer Specialist

About the Role

Masterworks, through its subsidiary Nabeh, is seeking an AI Engineer, Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position involves developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields.

These solutions assist organizations in automating operations, enhancing efficiency, and fostering innovation. Nabeh's expertise covers computer vision, Large Language Model (LLM) applications, speech-to-text technologies, data intelligence, and low-code AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build AI solutions across various domains including Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech-to-Text, and Text-to-Speech.
• Prepare, process, and manage datasets for model training, validation, and evaluation.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise applications and systems using REST APIs.
• Support the deployment of AI models across cloud, on-premises, and edge environments.
• Collaborate with AI, Backend, DevOps, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to transition prototypes into production.
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in AI engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, optimizing, testing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions.
• Proficiency in areas such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Speech AI, and Generative AI.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role involves working collaboratively with various technical teams to deliver advanced AI solutions.
