Role Overview

The AI Script Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of AI voice-bots and related technologies. This involves comprehensive testing, providing detailed feedback, and supporting the development of AI models and script recommendation agents to meet client and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and provide feedback on English and Arabic voice-bots to ensure optimal performance and quality.
• Collaborate in client meetings and support live demonstrations of technology solutions.
• Support the performance optimization of Arabic Text-To-Speech models.
• Analyze business use cases based on client recordings and contribute to Proof of Concept (POC) documentation.
• Support the development and testing phases of the Script Recommendation Agent.
• Conduct testing, optimization, and acceptance of output content to ensure final quality standards are met.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong learning ability and a keen interest in AI, with familiarity across various AI tools and Microsoft platforms.
• Demonstrated logical thinking, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Fluency in English, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Saudi nationality, possessing a deep understanding of different Arabic accents and dialects.
• IT experience is required for this role.
