AI & Systems Developer

About the Role

Naqsh Investment is seeking an AI & Systems Developer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on unifying disparate systems into a single integrated platform and automating key processes across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for hands-on development and implementation, with AI agents serving as a core component of the operational team.

Key Responsibilities

• Map existing finance, operations, and sales processes to integrate them into a unified system.
• Lead the transition to a full ERP system, including selection, configuration, integration, and data migration.
• Automate repetitive manual tasks and measure the resulting efficiency gains.
• Develop and train AI agents, implementing clear checks to validate their output.
• Manage technical and compliance aspects, such as hosting, database administration, access control, and information security.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi regulatory requirements, including e-invoicing and personal data protection.
• Provide daily technical support to the team.

Initial Focus: First 90 Days

Within the first 90 days, the developer will be expected to unify core processes within a single system, establish a comprehensive ERP migration plan, and deploy the initial set of AI agents for daily operational use.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in systems development and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement integrated systems from the ground up.
• Experience with ERP selection, configuration, and data migration.
• Proficiency in developing and training AI agents.
• Knowledge of technical infrastructure, including hosting, databases, and security protocols.
• Understanding of Saudi regulatory requirements related to e-invoicing and data protection.
