About the Role

The AI Transformation Director is a full-time, hybrid position based in Riyadh, with flexibility for some remote work. This role involves leading the comprehensive design and execution of AI-driven transformation initiatives. The scope of work extends from initial assessment and strategy development through implementation and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

• Defining AI roadmaps and prioritizing use cases.
• Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to integrate Beamra’s platform into core processes.
• Overseeing project delivery and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI usage.
• Coaching teams and managing change and adoption processes.
• Continuously evaluating performance to refine AI solutions and maximize value.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Several years of experience (5-10 years) in AI, digital, or business transformation leadership roles, preferably within technology-driven or platform-based organizations.
• Strong leadership skills in AI, data, and technology, including experience with AI platforms, analytics, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation.
• Strategic and operational skills, such as business process optimization, roadmap development, performance measurement, and change management.
• Stakeholder and communication skills, including executive presentation capabilities, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business language.
• Project and program management skills, including leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes.
• An advanced degree in business, technology, data science, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in hybrid environments, balancing on-site leadership in Riyadh with remote collaboration.
• Readiness to operate in fast-moving, innovation-focused contexts.
