About MRSOOL Inc.
MRSOOL Inc. is seeking an AML Officer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within daily operations.
Role Overview
The AML Officer will be responsible for applying Anti-Money Laundering regulations effectively in daily operations. This role involves utilizing compliance testing to monitor and inspect various company units, ensuring adherence to established legal and organizational frameworks. The officer will report compliance findings and escalate non-compliance issues as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply relevant business rules and regulations into practical operations.
- Verify merchant KYC as a second line of defense before onboarding approval and maintain logs for reporting.
- Ensure consumer KYC compliance through periodic sampling and report any deficiencies.
- Assign appropriate MCC codes and AML risk levels to all merchants based on jurisdiction, products, channels, and legal form.
- Monitor transactions and ensure AML/fraud scenarios are implemented and updated regularly.
- Conduct compliance testing across company divisions/units to ensure adherence to regulations.
- Prepare reports on findings and observations, escalating breaches when identified.
- Develop and implement action plans with relevant departments to resolve breaches and prevent future violations.
- Review marketing and promotional materials and provide feedback to the Director of Compliance.

Qualifications and Experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in utilizing compliance testing for monitoring and inspection.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain an organized and efficient compliance program.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction across all organizational levels.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring a proactive approach to compliance within a dynamic environment.
