Analyst Data & AI Product Owner

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Analyst - Data & AI Product Owner to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role supports the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Data & AI products. The Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners, managing product requirements and ensuring business needs are translated into valuable and scalable Data & AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of Data & AI products from requirement definition through deployment and adoption.
• Manage and maintain product backlogs, user stories, features, and enhancement requests.
• Coordinate delivery activities with business stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partners.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and delivery tracking.
• Monitor product performance and ensure timely resolution of issues and enhancement requests.

Business Analysis and Requirements Management

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and product demonstrations.
• Ensure requirements are clearly understood by delivery and development teams.
• Support prioritization of requirements based on business value and strategic objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

• Act as the primary interface between business users and delivery teams for assigned products.
• Maintain regular engagement with functional stakeholders to align product requirements and priorities.
• Support communication of product updates, releases, and enhancement plans.
• Facilitate issue resolution and coordinate stakeholder feedback.

Testing, Release, and Adoption

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure test scenarios are defined and validated.
• Support defect triage and resolution management.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and production deployment activities.
• Monitor post-release performance and business adoption.
• Support product adoption and value realization initiatives, gathering user feedback for enhancements.
• Track product utilization, adoption trends, and business benefits.
• Support training, communication, and change management activities for assigned products.

Governance and Compliance

• Ensure products comply with established Data & AI governance standards.
• Support adherence to data governance, security, PDPL, and organizational policies.
• Maintain product documentation, requirements repositories, and operational procedures.
• Support reporting of product status, risks, issues, and performance metrics.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
