Data & AI Product Development Expert

About the Role

NHC Innovation is seeking a Data & AI Product Development Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing subject matter expertise in the development and productization of Data and AI solutions, translating strategic priorities into market-ready products and services. The position supports the definition of product standards, commercial models, customer propositions, and go-to-market requirements, ensuring product readiness, usability, adoption, and sustainable value realization across NHCI.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate Data & AI strategic priorities into clearly defined product development and productization requirements aligned with NHCI’s business objectives.
• Define and enhance Data & AI productization standards covering service interfaces, configuration requirements, documentation, support models, versioning, and release practices.
• Provide expertise on the conversion of Data and AI models, capabilities, and solutions into scalable and commercially viable products and services.
• Assess market trends, customer needs, competitive offerings, and emerging use cases to identify and prioritize Data & AI product opportunities.
• Evaluate demand signals from NHCI stakeholders, customers, and partners and translate them into structured product requirements and development priorities.
• Develop product concepts and value propositions that clearly articulate target users, use cases, customer benefits, differentiation, and expected value.
• Define product requirements and functional specifications in collaboration with Data, AI, Technology, Engineering, and relevant business stakeholders.
• Support the development of business cases for Data & AI products by assessing market potential, expected benefits, costs, risks, time-to-value, and commercial viability.
• Provide input into pricing and monetization strategies, including subscription, usage-based, tiered, and other applicable commercial models.
• Define product packaging requirements, including SKUs, entitlements, service levels, support tiers, and applicable commercial terms.
• Coordinate with technical teams to validate data availability, model readiness, quality assurance, integration requirements, scalability, security, and overall product readiness.
• Oversee the translation of Data and AI capabilities into customer-ready product experiences, including APIs, SDKs, configuration templates, documentation, sample notebooks, and other enablement assets.
• Support the design and enhancement of user-facing applications and digital experiences that enable customers to access and consume Data & AI products effectively.
• Ensure product interfaces and customer journeys provide a consistent, intuitive, and fit-for-purpose user experience.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 9 years of relevant experience in data and AI product development. The role requires a strong understanding of productization standards, commercial models, and go-to-market strategies for data and AI solutions.

Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in translating strategic priorities into product requirements, defining productization standards, and converting models into commercially viable products. Strong analytical skills are necessary to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings. Collaboration with technical and business stakeholders is essential for defining product requirements and ensuring product readiness.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders across NHCI to ensure product readiness, usability, and adoption.
