AI Product Manager

About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking an AI Product Manager to join the AI Products Management Department in Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading the complete lifecycle of AI-driven features, ensuring that AI products are technically sound, commercially viable, and compliant with regulations. The AI Product Manager will also serve as a crucial link between technical Data Scientists and the AI Research team, and prospective clients and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision for AI initiatives, prioritizing features based on market needs, technical feasibility, and return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with Data Science and Research teams to guide model development from discovery and training through to deployment and tuning.
• Act as a translator between Engineering, Design, Legal, and Business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Define and monitor success metrics, focusing on both traditional product KPIs and AI-specific metrics such as precision, recall, and latency.
• Oversee data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency in all algorithmic outputs.
• Specify MLOps/LLMOps requirements, including model registry, CI/CD, prompt/config versioning, observability, monitoring, and rollback strategies.
• Define runtime controls such as guardrails, policy enforcement, red-teaming, rate limiting, and audit logging.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven products. The role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in commercial and regulatory contexts.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in defining product vision and strategy for AI initiatives.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with performance tracking and defining AI-specific metrics.
• Knowledge of data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency in AI.
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps requirements and runtime controls.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, where the successful candidate will be an integral part of the AI Products Management Department at Emdad By Elm.
