AI Product Manager

About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking an AI Product Manager to join the AI Products Management Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven features, ensuring AI products are technically sound, commercially viable, and regulatory compliant. The AI Product Manager will also serve as a bridge between technical Data Scientists and AI Research teams, and prospective clients and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision for AI initiatives and prioritize features based on market needs, technical feasibility, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Research teams to guide model development from discovery and training to deployment and tuning.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Engineering, Design, Legal, and Business stakeholders.
• Define and monitor success metrics, including traditional product KPIs and AI-specific metrics such as precision, recall, and latency.
• Ensure data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency in all algorithmic outputs.
• Specify MLOps/LLMOps requirements, including model registry, CI/CD, prompt/config versioning, observability, monitoring, and rollback strategies. Define runtime controls such as guardrails, policy enforcement, red-teaming, rate limiting, and audit logging.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of the ML/AI pipeline (data labeling, feature engineering, neural networks, LLMs, RAGs, Agents).
• Ability to interpret complex datasets to drive product decisions.
• Proven track record of solving user problems using predictive or generative technologies.
• Exceptional ability to articulate technical constraints to non-technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, vector databases) or RAG architectures.
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

• System-level thinking and pragmatic technical judgment.
• Product mindset focused on business outcomes.

Reporting Structure

This role reports to the Director of AI Products and involves close collaboration with teams across Product Management, Engineering, Data, Research, Platform, Security, and Delivery.
